What to know if the 2006 crv alloy rims that are 16x6 fit a 2004 crv that is 15x6.?
If so, would there be any problems?

They should fit without a problem, they are both the same bolt pattern, and same with (6") so they won't stick out. The 16" rims will look better than the 15's.
