What is the transmission fluid capacity of a 2008 Yukon Hybrid?
I mistakenly drained the tranny fluid and know have no idea what the capacity is. Nothing about the transmission is stamped under the hood. All the dipstick says is how much is needed.

yeah make sure you go to the gm dealer and buy the recommended grade of fluid and ask the trannys capacity before you go putting in the wrong stuff and risk losing your warranty some dealers just look for reasons not to approve repairs.

I'm looking to double check a somewhat fishy explanation I got from the dealer on an item I asked them to look into on my last service visit. Only the hatch is made of aluminum. The rest of the body is made of steel. There is no difference between the body of a hybrid or gas powered Yukon, Suburban, Escalade etc... They are all the same. Reference:collision center manager
