Possible plugged fuel filter

1989 GMC Safari vibrates when driving?
I have a 89 GMC Safari. I was driving along the road, and all of the sudden it started to vibrate a lot. It continues to do this at low speeds, but once at highspeed (around 80 kmh/50mph) it stops vibrating. It also doesn't start to vibrate until I get up to around 20 kmh (10mph). Does anybody know what might be causing this? I normally drive in...
