Jimmy, The fit will be a major issue going to a 20" rim and tire. You will need a lift kit to accommodate tires that size. Going with 18 inchers is really your max without a kit. Plus the 275 width is very large for you vehicle, as is the shortness of the 45 aspect ratio. And perhaps your...
