I have replaced the battery and alternator 2 times and it still won't charge...the car will run untill the battery runs down and then it dies. the battery light is on. any help

1998 Ford Taurus Headlight Wiring Diagram?
I am looking to install a headlight flasher for EMS purposes, and I need to cut into the high beam wires for both headlights. Does anyone know of a diagram that shows me exactly which wire this might be? Or does anyone KNOW which one it is, colorwise? Thanks in advance.

The light green/black wire at the turn signal switch is the power feed for the high beams. If you need the diagram send me your e-mail address, and good luck.
