Clutch going on 2005 V6 mustang?
Lately my 05 mustang seems to have lost alot of it's power when accelerating. When shifting, my engine tends to rev up approx 3500 before it drops to 2000 and rises back up again to 3500 where I then switch gears. Doesn't happen all the time, but enough. First thing that came to mind was too much cheap gas and a clogged airfilter...both of which...

Sounds like your clutch needs replaced. I believe they had hydraulic clutches so there is no adjustment on them. When they start slipping, they have to be replaced. Remember to replace the throwout bearing and pressure plate along with the clutch disc.

Does anyone have a copy of the 2005 NADA or Kelly Blue Book??? Need value for 2002 mustang v6 2dr coupe?
