From what you're sort of saying, it sounds like people aren't even recommending the Yukon etc to you, but just saying that the Expedition is a hog. This is like comparing an Expedition to a Fusion Hybrid. Of course the Expedition is going to get worse gas mileage! It has to weigh at least 3 tons...
