I would grab it if I were you, $500? Go for it, perhaps an emergency brake problem? Perhaps your sister just messed up... Hard to tell, how was it on your test drive? If it goes and stops when it is supposed to then $500 is a good deal. Reference:Grumpy old mechanic.
