do not pry to hard on that intake it will break on it,if you got all the bolts from it and everything is out of the way take a rubber hammer and tap on it in a few places,if you do have to pry on it be sure and do it in a spot that isn't going to mess it up,and they aren't as easy to get sealed...

definatly check the ground wire.it could also be the wires or wire element is bad.we went through 2 on the same day,before it worked correctly.took a few hours to fix.sometimes where the tow hitch for wirin goes,can and will rust also.look into that as well.
