How much weight can I carry inside my 2005 Chevrolet Uplander Extension Edition Van? I am trying to carry inside the van a pallet fo grass to install on my backyard but the people on the grass place says my van cannot carry that weigh whicj is 2000 to 2200 lbs.. but yet the thing will fit inside so I am wondering if it is true... it is a V6 BTW...

Listen to people who know what they are saying you have a half ton van.which would be 1000 lbs or less. just because something fits does not make your van strong enough to do what you want to do. 2,000 lbs is double what your van can handle, which means you would likely be dragging on the ground...
