I was wondering if this was a good deal for a 2010 Chevy Cobalt: About 11 grand (After the salesman made a deal, it was originally like 13 grand) for a 4 door sedan, it doesn't have power locks or power windows though, the carfax says there's been no reported accidents, it's had only one owner, and has 46,000 miles on it.
