I was working on my cousins cavalier cuz her bumper got riped of in a wreak and as i was trying to connect the wires together it seemed it blew a fuses but yet it was still on but very dim compared to the other side and all the bulbs are new

check your ground wire one the dimmer side each side should be ground individual or maybe it just needs to be adjusted maybe it's the way your looking at it
