What people are asking about this car
I was given a quote of $120.00 to install a freeze plug engine heater on a 2005 chevy blazer is this cost high?
I live in Idaho and this quote was from a garage not a dealership. I know the heater itself only costs about $22.00. I would think it should only take about an hour to change. Its a katz freeze plug heater.

that's a good deal on it considering what all they have to do to install it,their getting that much around Tennessee,your doing good on price,make sure the heater comes with some kind of a warranty on it,those things do burn out once in a while,most come with a one year warranty on them,good...

You don't give enough information about your 2005 dodge ram but I woudn't do it as damage could be costly to fix.
