Auto specialist, my transfer case on my 2000 chevy astro van is harsh grinding noise, whats the prob?
lem, what would it cost to replace or repair. it gets noisy upon acceleration, it starts quiet then picks up as it goes, im not sure its the transfer case, my mechanics checked it and said thats it.during a recent snow storm, i used it a few times, but not sure if it was working. then the noise started.
