What people are asking about this car
How to reset cadillac deville 2005 tire pressure sensor?
I was wondering how would i do this or do you prefer I should take into my nearest cadillac dealer and have them do it professionally? please don't be an ass about it

Sounds like you simply need a new tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) kit. About 20 bucks at your local tire store. Absolutely no reason to bring it to the dealer, they would charge you triple the amount for a very simple job.

For my 2000 Deville its 9 ounces of oil and about 2lbs of R134a refrigerant. If it was completely emptied out, it should be vacuumed and then I usually put one small can of PAG oil and 2 standard cans of freon. My a/c has been working great for the past 2 years after doing that.
