they're cheap and at 30,000 miles I have to replace them because they're bald as can be. Any recommendations of what cost effective tires I could purchase for them? I have a front wheel drive and live in Wisconsin. My lease is up in 12 months so I don't want anything pricey, but do want something reliable.
