Should i get a 2003 bmw 3-series (325i) for my first car?

Where is the fuse box in order to replace the circuit of a cigarette lighter on a 2003 BMW 3-series?
Don't know where it is and how much it costs to replace the cigarette lighter circuit. Any idea anyone? Thanks in advance!

In the ceiling of the glove compartment....(did I explain that right?) That's where mine is. There should be a picture or map of where all the fuses/circuits go (inside) also. Reference:I have a BMW 3 series too.
