I have a 2005 Audi A4 1.8T that I recently took in to the dealer for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. When i picked it up, they told me they noticed the timing belt was cracking and recommended it be replaced soon. The timing belt replacement is part of the 75k service and I'm at 65k now so I don't doubt that it could be starting to crack. But...
