I see adds for Hummer chips for $70.00 that claim to increase HP by 6% and give you 2-5 MPG...so if that is true, why didn't GM add in manufacturing? Are they worth the price and will they screw up the electronics??

70.00 for a chip is going to do nothing for you. However, you can go to a dyno shop and have it tuned to perform at a higher level. Though that doesnt usually translate to higher MPG, but you can optimize your HP by messing with the fuel to air ratios. You can have the rev limiter removed. These...

1 yesterday afternoon i decided to go shopping. I was going to use my TUNDRA but the cover was on I was lazy to remove it so I used my hHUMMER. But to my dismay I only have a quarter tank of gas.
