My car creaks on the front end when I am driving it sounds like a squeaky box spring

Question:

I had the Cv joints and the boots check

Answered By Justin Cupler, Contributing Writer:
It sounds like the ball joints have failed. This is extremely common on all post-2000 Fords, as they are not fitted with serviceable ball joints -- you can not add grease. They are called "permanently greased," which means that they just flat out fail when the grease begins to leak out.

If that is not the case, check the struts.

I am about 98% certain that it will be the ball joints though.
