Why should I also consider these? X

The class of luxury sport sedans has grown in the past decade with new entries from Infiniti, Lexus, and Cadillac.

The Infiniti G37 has crisp handling and styling, and it offers coupe and convertible models.

The Lexus IS does too-there's a coupe/convertible edition that shares the IS sedan's softer handling, but a dramatically powerful IS-F sedan for track use.

Cadillac's CTS comes in all flavors-sedan, super sedan-and it's adding a Coupe model for 2011.

Truly, the C-Class' direct competitors are the Germans, the Audi A4, and BMW 3-Series.

The A4 comes in a huge range of body styles and engine choices in Europe, a few of which make it to the States, including the swift S4 and A4 Avant wagon.

Finally, the BMW 3-Series is the benchmark in the class, with sedan, coupe, convertible, and M-series cars all delivering a good measure of handling prowess and acceleration.
