Why should I also consider these? X

Other than the almost identical (and almost identically equipped Chevrolet Silverado Hybrid), no other full-size pickup offers a hybrid system.

For top fuel economy, a diesel is the other option, but buyers still have to move up to heavy-duty versions of the GM, Ford, and Dodge pickups to get these powertrains.

Unfortunately, the heavy-duty trucks post significant penalties in ride quality, maneuverability, and in some cases, refinement.

For those who need the towing, but not pickup-hauling, capability, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel might work.
