How does the
TCC Rating work?
The TCC Rating is a clear numeric rating value based on a 10-point scale that reflects the overall opinion of our automotive experts on any vehicle and rolls up ratings we give each vehicle across sub-categories you care about like performance, safety, styling and more.

Our rating also has simple color-coded “Stop” (red), “Caution” (orange),
or “Go” (green) messages along with the numerical score so you can easily understand where we stand at a glance.

Our automotive experts then also collect and show you what other websites say about these different aspects of any vehicle. We do this leg work for you to simplify your research process.

Ford’s F-150 is getting the Foose treatment in time for theNew York auto show. Chip Foose, street rodder and star of the Discovery Channel’s Rides, will transform the F-150 FX2 Sport into the F-150 Foose Edition concept, which Ford admits is “production intent.”

The concept Foose Edition begins with the FX2 Sport and supercharges its 5.4-liter V-8 engine, pushing it to 450 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. The four-speed automatic gearbox from the F-150 remains the same.

Foose swaps out the F-150’s suspension for Eibach coil springs and Sachs dampers in front, Eibach leafs in back. The wheels are 22-inchers, polished and forged and designed by Foose.

And for style, Foose clips on a Ford Racing exhaust, body flares and rocker moldings, and new badging and striping, along with a new grille treatment. Inside, the F-150’s console gets a leather wrap and Foose-stitched headrests.

Ford says the Ford F-150 Foose Edition is “the most powerful and fastest half-ton truck on the market.” It’ll be built in Ford’s Kansas City truck plant, taken off-line for customization, then sold at dealers starting early next year. Pricing hasn’t been announced.
