2007 Toyota Land Cruiser Page 1

This full-size SUV’s 4.7-liter V-8 engine is the same as before, but the rated power output for ’07 is now 268 (vs. 275 previously) due to changes in the way horsepower numbers are measured and reported. A five-speed automatic transmission remains the only available gearbox. Eighteen-inch, high-gloss alloy wheels are standard; a navigation system with integrated Bluetooth capability/backup camera and a rear seat DVD entertainment system are available as options — as are a rear spoiler and an automatic height control and adaptive variable suspension system that adjust the vehicle’s ride height for different loads and driving conditions. As before, four-wheel drive and a host of sophisticated chassis control systems, including four-wheel-disc anti-lock power brakes with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution with Brake Assist, Vehicle Skid Control, traction control, and a locking center differential, are standard. Front-side and side-curtain airbags remain optional.
