Front bumper removal Volvo S40 2,4i 2007?

I am looking for a manual or instruction on how to remove my front bumper cover on my Volvo S40 2,4i 2007. The front bumper is a little scratched so I want to change it. It should be like the C30 and the V50 , i wonder if its hard to replace it myself or not? any instructions?

Easy there's M25 torx hold it on. you see 2 when you lift the bonnet and there's 5 at each wheel arch. remove the headlights first. and disconnect the fog lights and washers when lifting the bumper.

How do you replace a lost key for a 2007 Volvo S40?

We just bought the car and we only had one key, and now we don't have any.

haha! $60..>??? The S40 does not have a cut key. It's just a piece of plastic, and they all look the same from car to car. It's all in the electronics. Expect $300-$400 depending on where you live. The car needs to be present at the dealership to program it.

Is it possible that a volvo 2007 1.6 S40 to have the clutch shattered at intervals of 11500 miles?

any suggestions

Very possible if your riding the clutch or the type of conditions your clutch goes thru....poor quality after market clutch kits can also be the problem too or combination.Wow,11500 mi.,i've seen brake pads last at least 3 times more than that.I suggest having a Volvo independent repair shop...
