Is it normal to need to change both brake pads and rotors on a 2005 Volvo S40 with 30k miles?
The dealership told us we needed new break pads and rotors. The car only has 30k miles on it. The wheels do not squeak or pull when we brake. We called a shop the specializes in cars like Volvos. He said usually have to change both pieces when changing the brake pads on newer cars like ours. A friend of mine who works on cars told me 30k to change...

Why are the lighters not working in my 2005 S40 Volvo??
I literally just bought this pre-certified Volvo 2 days ago! When I went to plug in my cell-phone charger, it didn't work - in either lighter. Where is the fuse box located & how do I know which one to look for?

If it is certified pre-owned, then the dealership should fix any problem without charge.

Where can I find GOOD INTERNET AFTERMARKET PARTS supplier for my 2005 S40 T5?
I looked around, but found sites that have very limited supplies. I am looking for an online retailer (already looked at Andy's, Heico. Not impressive) that can provide me everything from carbon fibre hoods to a complete body kit, brand new exhaust system, or even as simple as wheels. Thanks a lot! AB
