All the other lights work fine just no parking lights, could it be a fuse? If it is or not any suggestions?

If it is not the fuses, under the hood. check that the headlight switch is sending signal to the CEM, central electronic module, I have replaced many headlight switches and CEM's on these. Reference:12 years expierience
