Which fuse for a 2003 New Beetle?

I recently bought a 2003 New Beetle and the fuse for the power outlets blew. When I checked a fuse diagram, it said there should be a 15 amp fuse in position 41 for the power outlets. When I pulled the fuse, it was a 20 amp in that spot. Could that be the reason it blew? I replaced it with a 15 amp and it seems to work but I'm wondering if it...

Where is the fuel pump on a new Beetle?

I accidentally put gas in my diesel engine and have to siphon out the gas and empty the fuel pump. I need help in locating the pump.

Drain the tank, empty the fuel pump and lines, and clean the injectors. The fuel pump, if in the same place as the rest of VW vehicles, should be under a little round cover under your back seats.
