How much would a front sway bar at 200% added rigidity improve skidpad ratings of a Mk6 GTI?
Let's say you put an aftermarket front sway bar on a Mk6 GTI and set it to the highest rigidity setting, would it make an appreciable difference on a 200m skidpad? If my question doesnt make sense, here is another way of asking it: Do sway bars really improve handling much on mk6 GTI's?

it depends on what you're looking to improve in handling. i recommend using a simulator like Forza or Grand Turismo to see the effect of maxing out a single component. See if your lap time improves. in my experience though, a tire/wheel upgrade is the most fool proof. get the lightest wheel and put...

Go for the turbo. The Vr6 just adds alot of unnecessary weight to the car. You get about the same performance out of the 1.8t, after the turbo lag. Im pretty sure they both end up putting out about the same hp, but the 1.8t is lighter, and more fuel efficient, if that matters haha

The 2010 Volkswagen GTI lands somewhere between sporty hatchbacks like the Civic Si and Mazdaspeed3, and more mature, entry-level sporty luxury hatchbacks like the MINI Cooper.
Both the Civic and Mazdaspeed3 have the look and feel of more youthful drivers, but they're by no means less expensive or much more capable.
The closest rival to the GTI could be the MINI Cooper, with its flat windshield, turbocharged thrust, and classically boxy stance.
