How do I fix a blown window and light fuse for my 2003 Volkswagen GTI?

Check your fuse box for blown fuses. There is really no electrical relations ship with the 3 items. You can usually visually see a blown fuse, but not always. Difference btwn GTI 2003 and GTI 2003 anniversary?
besides the bigger rims...is there really alot of difference in between them? engine wise? riding quality? suspensions and all? i mean, im planning on hooking it up in the near future..just wondering if its worth spending an extra 3k

Aniversary version also has a slightly differnt bodykit besides the bigger wheels. It also says 20th or 25th anniversary on the shiftknob and carpet and interior aluminum trim. After completing a turn, the turn signal cancels, but the flasher keeps clicking - fast, like the sound you hear when a bulb is burned out. Are all the turn signal bulbs of the same wattage? It could be the flasher relay has a temporary short circuit to positive as after cancelling the turn, wiring problem or the flasher relay itself coul be the cause.I work for a dealer, have not experienced any recalls yet on the 03 GTI for such...
