I have a 2004 Toyota Rav4 4wheel drive. Had tires rotated and now tires hum very loudly. Any ideas?

Rav 4 2004 not responding to throttle?
Hi i have a 2004 rav 4, (XT4, Manula, D4D). sometimes when i drive slightly faster than normal, or when i'm going up a hill (hence I put my foot on the accellerator) my car just stops. engine keeps running but the car does not move at all. Sounds like your throttle motor is going. Rember there is no cable connecting your gas peddal and your motor. There is a electric motor on the throttle body moving it. Reference:10 Year Toyota Master
