How can I turn off the navigation voice in a 2007 Prius?
The auto voice options are all turned off in the set up menu, but when using navigation and returning to the navigation screen from another screen (like the audio screen) the voice comes back on

What Chad said :). I will add that the lighter sockets are disconnected when the car is powered off (unless you install a mod) so they won't help. Also turn off the SKS (smart key) via the button/switch at the bottom of the dash under the steering column if your car has that option as it will...
