Depends on what state you are in. FL and NY are still giving out HOV stickers, and VA is still giving out the clean special fuel license plates. CA has reached their limit of 85,000 stickers, so if your Prius doesn't already have a sticker, you are out of luck unless the state legislature decides...

We have a 2006 prius and we are trying to determine if we should be setting the reset button or at fillup?
We have been stuck at 43.3mpg for almost 6months. Is there something we are doing wrong?

You can hit the reset button at each fillup if you wish that would give you your average mpg for each tank of gas. But if its getting 43mpg like you say it is I may go buy one myself.
