I have a 2007 Camry, with XM, when/how can I get Sirius in it?

It has stock XM receiver, with this merge I should be able to pick up both (or the one total). I need to know what I can do, if I should return the converter I bought but not installed yet (literally bought it the day before announced a merge), will it cost alot? Any info is apreciated.

YOu need to change the Converter box, They are specific to the different Satalite systems, I have installed both in Toyota's Reference:10 Year Toyota Master

2007 Camry oil filter removal?

I found the oil filter after a while, and it seriously look like someone positioned it there NOT to be removed. Like they always want the dealer to do it. I got an oil filter wrench to take it off, but it's extremely hard to get it tightened enough to turn it, and even when I do get it close to tightened, the space I used to tighten it is already...
