Did you feel of it? Is it just water? Did you have a big rain? If so the vents in front of the windshield might be stopped up. --A heater core can rupture but usually the passenger side will be soaked. If there is antifreeze in the vehicle the "wetness" will have a greasy feel and a sweet smell...

How do i check the fuse for the lighter in my 1998 Toyota Camry?

Easiest way is to pop the fuse cover off of the fuse box, on the bottom of the cover there will be a diagram of the fuse layout. there should be one that says cig or something like that. find the corresponding fuse, check it to see if its blown.
