Since you can run Toyota's into the ground and will go forever the milage if ok for a 5 yr old car. I think it looks good, they are always higher priced because of that reason...they run forver with very little maintainance but the Solara is just a body style different than a Camry and those...

Convertible's in cold weather?
I want a Camry Solara Convertible, but of course, I live in a cold climate (north ohio) and my dad refuses to get me that, because it's a convertible... So does he have a point? Or can I prove to him, that they aren't bad in the wheather

I live in Missouri and have a Solara convertible. While there may be other issues with your dad not wanting you to have a convertible staying warm is not one of them. The car will keep you toasty warm through the coldest Ohio weather. Reference:Toyota mechanic

The Nissan Altima Coupe has a look reminiscent of the last Chevrolet Monte Carlo, along with four- and six-cylinder engines.

Similar powertrains are available in the Honda Accord Coupe, which also comes with a six-speed manual transmission and a smart, new exterior shape.

The Chrysler Sebring Convertible and Pontiac G6 Convertible offer top-down seating for four, but both have average handling, and the Chrysler is styled poorly.
