Does it pay to get an extended warranty on 2007 Forester?
We just bought it and the dealer is offering to extended the standard 3/36000 warranty. I just wonder how reliable the Subaru is, and if I am wasting money on the additional 2/20000. Any thoughts?

I'm planning on keeping my '07 Outback forever, so I bought the warranty. I will only put on about 5,000 miles a year, so in 3 years, I'd only have 15,000 miles on the car. The 2.5x doesnt unless you upgrade to the premium package.The 2.5xt and 2.5 LL Bean have the jack standardin them.The radios also play MP3 and WMA. Reference:19 year subbie tech

This is an issue to be dealt with at the Subaru service department. The car is still under warranty and needs to be inspected and repaired soon to prevent any further damage.
