I own a 98 Mercedes ML320 that has 2 BAJA h/t wide track tires on it. I was told that if I don't get the exact?

That is a hard question to answer with out seeing the car. The exhaust has probably been changed. Maybe an alternator installed rather than a generator converted to 12v rather than stock 6v maybe the carb has been changed air filter oil fill ......... Reference:20+ year mechanic
