It does sound like you ruined your clutch or at least damaged it. Take it to the dealer and hopefully they will take care of you.

How can I tell when my 2006 Scion XB needs transmission fluid?
Also I have stalled my car twice (I have an automatic) because I being stupid & showing off... what kinda of damage can I do to my transmission? My car stalled but was rolling I couldnt press the break... I freaked out & put my car in park and heard some grinding.... took it out of park...but my only way to stop was the ebreak... what happened?

I change mine every 30,000 miles or when a tech comes out with a paper showing me the pink fluid and how dark it looks. If you had a full service check up for oil they usually check for you anyway.
