2004 Scion Xa Purchase?
Hi, I'm looking at purchasing a 2004 or 2005 Scion Xa used. I just wanted to know your experiences with them and if you think they are a good car. Oh, and some random questions... Do they have an ipod audio jack in both model years? Whats the gas mileage like? Can it fit at least four of my teen friends comfortably? Whats it like on the freeway...

Should I get this Scion xA?
Well, it's a 2004, about 60,000 miles on it, and it's about $6300. That's not what I'm worried about. I'm 6'1, about 150-165 lbs. and this is a subcompact car. For comfort should I get something bigger?

I'm 6'1" and about 200lbs. I drive a 2006 Scion xB. It's amazingly roomy, with miles of extra headroom, and the back seat is like a limo it's so roomy. I know the xA is smaller, but if the floorpan is similar, you should be fine. It also has very safe and predictable...

My scion xa brake light comes on and off?
It's a 2004 and I bought it pre-owned but lately every time i do a turn, especially one exit ramps my brake light goes on and after a minute or two, it turns off. My brakes arent up so what could it be? I've had it for about over 2 years now with one car accident and another i hit my trashcan.

Check brake fluid you could be running a bit low. Its really cheap to fill up just go to an Auto zone and get the recommended fluid at the counter. Another chance might be a censor you could be have electrical problems these things are also associated with prior accidents. Don't worry real...
