I have a 2006 scion tc, the front left is lower then the right?

Does that mean that one of the shocks are bad? What should i do? It is about 4-7 inches lower then the right side on the front

Is it when you are sitting? Could be weight. Check air pressure and idler arm.

New EPA is about 20/27 mpg They are pretty good cars.
