Sorry mates but I beg to differ. Most of the people complaining are used car buyers with mileages above 100000 miles. You will hardly hear a word of complaint from new car buyers. people tend to think that this or any car will run for ever. No it does not and neither does any other car. It is great...

My Honda dealership tells me my 2008 Civic has discolored transmission fluid and needs immediate changing.?
What could have caused this, or are they just scamming me?? They say it will cost $95 to change it. Normal price? I haven't had any transmission problems with it, yet. Also, can my husband change it himself, easily? Thanks Honda guy. It has a little over 37000 miles. Thank you, Integra Type

Honda recommends "drain n refill"-never ever flush. While 37000 miles seems REALLY early, I would just have your husband do it. Usually thats all thats required is a funnel, a washer for the drain plug, and a couple quarts of genuine honda ATF-Z1. ONLY ONLY use the genuine honda fluid or you will...

Suitable fuel for subaru impreza 2008 1.5 liter AWD?
Has anyone an opinion about the proper fuel for the above car? I use usually Shell V power 95 octanes gasoline or Super Unleaded 100 octanes from other fuel labels. Are there any substantial gains in engine durability in or maintenance cost in the long term? Or should i use simple 95 octane gasoline and stop wasting money in more expensive fuels?...

higher octane will increase power, it will also get you more miles per tank of gas. its a cleaner fuel that wont leave so much carbon deposits on the pistons. my dad used to run 115-145 airplane gas in a mustang and he would drive from Norfolk Virginia, to Cleveland Ohio on one tank of gas.

Which 2000-2008 9-5 Saab Wagons Are Best?
I'm starting my search for a new-to-me-used car, and the 9-5 appeals to me. Apparently now is either a great or strange time to buy a Saab. What aspects and years should I look out for good/bad? They seem relatively similar overall when it comes to build, so I am thinking focus on low mileage (but that makes me wonder since Saab drivers are...

You did a lot of good research. Here are a couple of things you have to watch out for, no matter what year of this car that you buy: Direct Ignition Cassette (DIC) - these are notorious for failing at the worst possible time, stranding the operator. Basically, if you go over 60,000 on the cars you...

Why should I also consider these? X

The Acura RL has clean styling outside, a tech-happy interior, and standard all-wheel drive.

The Lexus ES 350 is a plush, cushy front-drive sedan with good interior room and a powerful V-6 engine, but almost no care for sporty driving.

The Volkswagen Passat comes with a range of four- and six-cylinder engines, and is offered in a wagon version.

The Lincoln MKZ is the polar opposite of the Saab, with a thick style, a retro-flavored interior, and gruff V-6 engines with front- or all-wheel drive.

The Volvo S60 has a curvaceous style and V-6 power, but is due for replacement.
