I want to get an AUX input for my 2004 Saab 93?
I own a 2004 Saab 93 with a standard radio. It does not have an aux place for me to plug in my ipod. I was wondering what the best way to get one would be? I would like to have the 2007 radio installed, but will it fit in a 2004? Any help? Thanks

It depends on how much work you want to do on your car. The 2003-2006 model years the car was the same in the interior, and in 2007, it was redesigned. Usually if you got the ipod option on say the 2006 model year, you also got the termpature control heat/ac system and the multiple CD...

2004 Saab 9-3 Aero Auxiliary Input Help?
i have a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero and i jst bought an auxiliary input for it but i keep on hearing that i need a diagnostic tool to have it work...is there any way to not use the tool and still be able to listen to your iPod in the car....i need a quick answer im going on a long trip and i cant stand the fm transmitters to much static....PLEASE...

Diagnostic tool is TECH 2. You will need this to activate the Aux output. Tech 2 is available with all Saab dealers.

2004 Saab 9-3 2.0T: What could be causing problems with the sound system?
I bought a used 2004 Saab 9-3 2.0T about a year ago. Today when I turned on the vehicle, the radio would not turn on, and the indicator would not make the clicking sound. What could be the cause of this and what can I, myself do to fix it ( I am about 150 miles away from the closest saab dealer bc im at college)?

Always start with fuses because they are the easiest and most common problem. Look in your manual to find out exactly where your fuse box is and what fuse corresponds to the radio.
