undo the screws then prise the panel offit will will be held on with push fit studs some of which might break ! be gentle

If you get a 4x4 you'll be just fine, it has been great and everyone I know who owns one is happy with it. If you get in 2wd get the ABLS option, that way you wont worry about the rear tires losing grip. I have a Pathfinder 4x2 and never got stuck in snow.
