If you check the door sticker, the one that lists the inflation pressure, it should also tell you the correct tire size. If not there, maybe the owner's manual or a pamphlet supplied with the manual. Any tire dealer could look up the tire size for your vehicle. I looked up 2001 Xterra on...

you may want to check with the dealer cause if you are under a certain mileage it may still be covered under a special extended warranty from nissan. they replace all 4 regulators under this warranty for free. if not, its just as simple as removing a door panel and a few screws!
