How does Nissan AWD work exactly ? and is it any good ? i own a 2006 Murano.....?
Now i like it it does in fact drive nice through snow up here in ohio and i was wondering how does it work ...is it true awd are all wheels moving at the same time and what the hell is that awd lock button ? how does that work any different than what it drives in normally ? please give me some info thank you !!!!

nissans awd is pretty much the same as most other companie's awd systems. under normal driving conditions it is front wheel drive, when it senses wheel slip then it will automatically transfer the torque/power to the wheels with the most grip. not only does it help on snow or ice, it also improves...

Does anyone know what oil type a 2006 Nissan Murano S takes?

I have the 2009 Nissan Murano SL and it uses 5w-30w oil. As the other two people also recommended and also you should have a manuel for your 2006 Murano in your clove compartment. If still in doubt call your nearest Nissan service ad visor.

Is a 2006 Nissan Murano w/ 20,000 for $19,700 a good buy?
I was just able to purcase a 06 murano with 19, 837 miles for just under $20,000. Is this a good buy. All I can find on this says they hold their value very well

It's true that this Nissan's will hold value better than others. But the Murano really doesn't get that great of gas mileage. A neighbor of ours has one & aside from that being the only complaint, he loves it. If gas prices continues to get worse, that suv may not be for you. Consider a Nissan...
