It cuts out at slightly over 100mph. It has plenty of power left at 100 and could go much faster. The cheapest method of removing the limiter is to get a piggy back ECU

2002 nissan frontier distributor does not turn?
driving down the highway and just quit running! Cranks normal but distributor is not turning, would it be a gear on the distributor or timing belt or chain? Thanks Pat

You have the right idea on that, just take a look a the belt if thats ok , then open the dist. cap and grab the rotor button and try to twist it if it spins its the dist. drive gear but if it still is solid and dont turn it must be the chain but only if the engine doesn't have a cam belt drive.

How good is a 2002 Nissan Frontier truck, 4 cyl, 5 speed with 82k miles?
Does anyone have any advice on how good of a truck this would be? I've owned cars my whole life and I really need a truck now and I'm looking to buy used, and I really like the way this truck looks, but that's not all it's about. I need good advice about just what kind of truck this is and if it's worth buying. Thank you!
