I have a Mercury Sable 2001, can i have lights in the cruise control buttons?
Can i do all the work by myself?

you could do the work your self if you are really good at working with polymers and paint. make new buttons with plexiglas, paint them to match, and then attach some fiberoptic cables to the buttons to slave the light from the dash lighting. easier would be to see if that model didnt come with...

I have a 1994 mercury sable and at times it will "lag" when I take off from a stop. what is this caused from?
it also spits out water after I stop and turn the motor off, Not much but enough that I have to fill the radiator about twice a week. Could the Slow take off be from plugged injectors?

The Ford Taurus is the Sable's stablemate with a bold horizontal grille.

Chevrolet's Impala was improved a few years ago and can be a great bargain; plus, it's the only car in this group with a V-8 option.

But the Impala ranks a step behind in safety.

The Buick LaCrosse is surprisingly satisfying with a V-6 engine, a great automatic transmission, and a sophisticated interior.

The Toyota Avalon's somewhat unusual styling is balanced by its vast interior room and the model's exceptional reputation for reliability.

Finally, there’s the Honda Accord; since its last redesign for ‘08, the Accord has an even more mature feel than the previous generation, with plenty of smoothness and refinement to satisfy those who’ve owned luxury-brand cars before.

The Accord isn’t as roomy as the Sable, however.
