I'd go for a 2010 MKS... The MKS is billed as a better version of the MKZ. Especially with the 2010 EcoBoost (R) version bringing 340HP to the table. Here's a good side to side compare of the 2009 models...

The rear-drive cars of this group are much more sporting in terms of driving personality and dynamics.
The BMW 3 Series remains a performance benchmark that few can match, including the front-wheel-drive 2009 Lincoln MKZ.
The Infiniti G37 comes close to the BMW 3 Series in terms of athleticism, but the MKZ provides more room and value over both.
