What could be the problem if a service engine light came on on a lincoln continental 2002?
The car is running perfect. Service engine light came on. What could be the problem? It's not the gas cap. I checked that!

There could be a number of things instead of changing a lot of parts take it by auto zone and have the codes read will coast nothing ,If you go to the dealer it will coast 75.00 or better without even fixing anything , hope this helps, Reference:36 years @ ford motor co repairman

Where can I find Performance parts for a 2002 Lincoln Continental?
I'm looking to find a good source to buy performance parts for my 2002 Lincoln Continental. Also does anyone know off hand if bolt on mods made for Mustangs with the same 4.6 L DOHC engine are cross compatible? And do they make a super or turbo charger kit for the Continental?

Whenever I use my brakes alot (City Driving) My brakes will start freezing up. It gets so bad, I could put my car in drive and get out of it while its in drive and the car wont budge. If I push the gas the car will go but after forcing it to go it will start smoking from the drivers tire. The hotter the Temperature is the worst the car is. Tried...

well if you have change the brakes caliper and rotor then its you wheel bearing bout 100 buck if you replace them and a lot more if shop dose it OH and by the way stop driving your car because i didn't stop and It welded the bearing together on mine and i ended up replacing alot more then...
